The case of the petitioner is that she presented a document for registration in respect of land to an extent of Ac.0-80 cents equivalent to 3872 square yards in which 645.33 square yards in T.S.No.27, Ward No.5 and an extent of Ac.1-50 cents equivalent to 7062.00 square yards in T.S.No.100/2 of Hindupur village within the limits of Hindupuram municipality and the same was rejected on 21-09-2016 by the 3rd respondent stating that court order/attachment on property (I.A.No.1015/2001 in O.S.No.4/2001, Additional District Judge, Hindupur on 15-06-2016) though the petitioner's vendor and the petitioner is not party to the suit and basing on the same, refusal order was passed. The petitioner filed appeal before the 2nd respondent on 23-07-2017 against the said refusal order, but as on today, no orders are passed. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 23-07-2017 against refusal order dated 21-092016 in P.No.77/2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly after considering the grounds raised by the petitioner.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
