THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13070 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.218 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Karimnagar II Town Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police after investigating into the matter filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing of the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
