Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the notice that was impugned in the present writ petition, two more notices were subsequently issued and therefore the writ petitioner is obliged to challenge the said notices as well and hence permission may be accorded to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to file fresh proceedings, if necessary, under facts and in law.

Recording the submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as sought for.
