Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

2. Petitioner made an application on 23-01-2016 to the 4th respondent to issue pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject land.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that no action has been taken by 4th respondent on the said application.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider petitioner's application and take appropriate action within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.23-01-2016 and take appropriate action within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
