Heard counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleader for School Education appearing for 1st respondent and Sri G.Bhaskar, Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent. 2.

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering the petitioner's representation dt.28.08.2015 seeking appointment as Cluster Resource Person in Uppuluru Zilla Parishad High School, Undi Mandal, West Godavari District.

The Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
