I.A.No.1 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition for reduce of surety condition No.(i) by reducing the surety amount to Rs.5,000/- instead of imposing Rs.25,000/- vide order dated 08.01.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.17834 of 2025 in Crime No.735 of 2025 with two sureties.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In the said circumstances, the surety amount from Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, is hereby reduced to Rs.5,000/- with two sureties.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
