HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.37345 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

The learned counsel are in agreement that the issue raised already fell for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.28791 of 2012 and batch. Learned counsel also submit that following the said order, this Court disposed of W.P.No.10417 of 2016 by order, dated 30.03.2016.

For the reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation to receive and process the petitioners' application for building permission without insisting on production of TSLR Certificate or a 'No-Objection' Certificate from the revenue authorities. The application shall be considered favourably if it is otherwise in order and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
