The case of the petitioner is that he has filed appeal against the orders dated 31.08.2017, passed by the Tahsildar, Anandapuram, before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Visakhapatnam, on 15.09.2017.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that already possession of land in question was taken. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 31.08.2017 is pending, the appellate authority shall dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
