THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.547 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.2 of 2014 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Huzurnagar and transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Khammam.

2. The petitioner and the respondent are personally present in the Court.

Sri M.Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, identified the petitioner. Sri M.Srikanth, the learned counsel, identified the respondent. The petitioner as well as the respondent requested this Court to transfer O.P.No.2 of 2014 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Huzurnagar to the file file of the Family Court, Khammam.

3. In view of the submissions made by both the parties as well as learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the considered view that it is a fit case to allow the petition.

4. In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. O.P.No.2 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Huzurnagar and transferred to the file of the Judge, Family Court, Khammam for disposal in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
