THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34294 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the respondent authorities, as on date, are not interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner herein. It is further submitted that the respondents herein will follow due process of law if any private property of the petitioner is required for any public purpose.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
