THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NOs.4833, 5084 AND 5103 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

In view of orders passed by this Court today in C.R.P.No.5088 of 2015, wherein an additional issue was framed, re-called the witness and permitted to adduce evidence only on the additional issue framed, these revisions are also liable to be allowed.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in these revisions shall stand closed.
