This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 04.10.2016 passed in M.C.No.46 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cumIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Warangal. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
