This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the inaction of the 2nd respondent with regard to disposal of the representation, dated 15.05.2017, submitted by the petitioner in response to the letter of the 2nd respondent, vide Letter No.200116/ LO/ Plg/ HMDA/ 2015, dated 02.01.2017. 2.
Heard the submissions of Smt. K.Pallavi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development appearing for the 1st respondent; and of Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent/ HMDA.

At the hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation, dated 15.05.2017, of the petitioner in accordance with the procedure established by law.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent endorses the said submission.

Having regard to the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation, dated 15.05.2017, of the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken thereon within a week thereafter to the petitioner.
There shall be no order as to costs.
