Heard Mr.Shivaji and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The counsel consented to disposing of the contempt case by accepting the stand taken in the written instructions. The respondent is given six weeks' time from today to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners. The appeal, if is not disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, liberty is given to review the contempt case.

The contempt case is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
