This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside tender schedule, vide NIT No.1091/B/2015-16, dated 23.09.2015, issued by respondent No.5.

At the hearing, Mr. G.Seena Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
