This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to recall P.Ws.1 to 5 and 11 to 12 in S.C.No.100 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Vijayawada for further cross examination.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing of the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
