THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40952 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation for respondents. The grievance of petitioner is that he made a representation to the 1st respondent on 21.08.2018 seeking promotion as Executive Engineer (In-charge) and the 1st respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the 1st respondent will consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2018 within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
