Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with correct details of the subject property. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
