HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2842 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 08.10.2018 passed by this Court in IA.No.1/2018 in WP.No.35613/2018, wherein this Court suspended the impugned letter dated 29.09.2018 and also directed to continue the election process from where it was stopped. Respondent No.2 is present in person and produced proceedings dated 31.01.2019 and states that elections have been conducted and petitioner has been declared as elected. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
