HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No. 4 0 2 2 5 OF 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Manuguru, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, dated 02.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "At the outset, it is respectfully submitted that no complaint or case whatsoever was received or registered against the petitioner herein on the file of Manuguru Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District.

It is submitted that though the petitioner made allegations against his paternal uncle viz., Reddymasi Suraiah, who alleged to have been trying to grab his property, for the reasons best known to him, not made him as proper party to this Writ Petition and on this ground alone the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. Had the petitioner made his paternal uncle by name Reddymasi Suraiah as party to this Writ Petition, certainly the real facts would have been come to light.

It is submitted that as of now, the paternal uncle of the petitioner approached this respondent police and lodged any complaint against the petitioner herein.

It is submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that this respondent is causing interference in the civil disputes for extraneous considerations and preventing them from entering into their lands and threatening to implicate them in

false criminal cases is absolutely false, baseless and hence denied.

It is humbly submitted that this respondent never interfered with the civil disputes muchless the dispute of the petitioner herein.

I humbly submit that to prevent the police from taking any action in the event of lodging of any complaint in future including his paternal uncle, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition. Having bore grudge against his paternal uncle, the petitioner made false and baseless allegations against this respondent which far from truth.

It is humbly submitted that the dispute of the petitioner and his paternal uncle who alleged to have been trying to grab his property is purely civil in nature and hence this respondent police are no way concerned with it."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Manuguru, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, dated 02.11.2018.
