Sri Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioneraccused No.2, would represent that the present petition has become infructuous in view of filing of charge sheet and assigned C.C.No.357 of 2015 on the file of the I Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, and seeks to dismiss the same.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.
