Petitioners' grievance is that they have represented on 26.07.2017 to the 4th respondent for reconstruction of a compound wall demolished by certain miscreants and to permit them to restore the same, but the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, Standing Counsel for respondents 2, 4 and 5 states that the 4th respondent will consider the above representation of the petitioners within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representation dt.26.07.2017 within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
