HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.3, 4 & 5 of 2018 IN/AND Crl.P.No.11540 of 2018 ORDER:

I.A.No.3 of 2018 is filed to permit the 8th petitioner to represent 1st petitioner as GPA holder from the GPA filed. Hence I.A.No.3 of 2018 is allowed.

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 8 and the respondent No.2defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels.

I.A.Nos.4 & 5 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in crime No.218 of 2012 of Metpalli Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offence under Section 306 IPC by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.4 & 5 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in crime No.218 of 2012 of Metpalli Police Station, Karimnagar District are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
