1) Heard.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not releasing the vehicle of the petitioner i.e., EI Bus - Educational Institution Bus vide registration No.AP-23-X-4356, which was seized on 04.10.2018, inspite of production of requisite documents and insisting for payment of penalty, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Transport that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.26484 of 2017, by order dated 08.08.2017. 4) In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the second respondent for release of the vehicle bearing No.

AP-23-X-4356 and on such application being made, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5) Office to enclose a copy of the order dated 08.08.2017 in W.P.No.26484 of 2017 to this order.
