THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.36985 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking action upon the complaint made by the petitioner on 11.05.2017 against the illegal and unauthorised constructions made by the respondents 5 and 6.

This Court, while issuing notice to the sixth respondent on 08.11.2017, directed the second respondent to expedite the process and stop all further unauthorised constructions in the subject property by following due process of law.

Learned standing counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 submits that a notice was issued under Section 452 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporations Act and they are taking steps.

After the interim order, dated 08.11.2017, the unofficial respondents appears to have filed W.P.No.41578 of 2017 and this Court disposed of the said writ petition directing the Authorities to hear the petitioner herein and the unofficial respondents and pass appropriate orders. Accordingly, the second respondent passed an order on 24.02.2018 holding that the constructions made by the unofficial respondents are unauthorised. The petitioner appears to have submitted a representation seeking further action on the said order. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the notice, no action is being taken. If that is so, it is open to the petitioner to take further steps in accordance with law, but no relief can be granted in the present writ petition, which was filed in the year 2017 and the subsequent events are covered by the Order of the second respondent, dated 24.02.2018. No further action is required in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
