HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3155 of 2015 ORDER :

Since C.C.No.19 of 2016 pertaining to Crime No.36 of 2015 of PMolakalacheruvu Police Station is disposed of by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Thamballapalle, vide calendar and judgment, dated 02.06.2017, finding the accused persons not guilty and acquitted them. But, the present revision case is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 04.11.2015, passed in Crl.M.P.No.2093 of 2015 for grant of interim custody during pendency of investigation. But, the investigation was completed and delivered judgment, therefore, the criminal revision case has become infructuous. 2.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous. However, giving liberty to the petitioner/de facto complainant to file appropriate proceedings against the calendar and judgment in C.C.No.19 of 2016, where no order was passed with regard to disposal of the property.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
