Today, when the matter is taken up, an order, dated 16.11.2018, passed by the Government, vide G.O.Ms.No.198 Social Welfare (TW.LTR.1) Department, is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare. A copy of the same is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
