HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.1778 of 2015 ORDER:

The present criminal revision case is filed assailing the order dated 31.07.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.109 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.91 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the XIV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, dismissing the petition filed under Section 391 Cr.P.C. to direct the trial Court to take further evidence. However, the daily status report from the XIV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada indicates that Crl.A.No.91 of 2014 itself was dismissed on 13.10.2017. The said report is made part of the record. In the light of the said report, no further cause would survive in the present criminal revision case.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case shall stand dismissed.
