This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking the following the relief: " ......For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing Notice No.08/ TPS/ C25/ NZ/ GHMC/ 2017 dt.31.10.2017 in respect of property of petitioner in plot no.120 in Sy.No.91, 92 & 93, situated at Jeedimetla village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal District as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and violative of principles of natural justice and violative of the fundamental rights of the petitioner under Article 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently declare the same as null and void and direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's right to his property, in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case."

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & urban Development appearing for the 1st respondent, and of Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. I have perused the material record.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 are in agreement that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court, dated 15.11.2017, passed in W.P.No.38026 of 2017 and batch. A copy of

MSRM, J W.P.no.38395 of 2017 the order of this Court in the aforesaid batch of writ petitions is placed on record.

Having regard to the facts & submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the order, dated 15.11.2017, of this Court in W.P.no.38026 of 2017 and batch, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Office is directed to annexe to this order, a copy of the order, dated 15.11.2017, passed in W.P.no.38026 of 2017 & batch. It is made clear that till such exercise, as stated supra, is completed, the respondents 2 and 3 shall not demolish any of the structures erected by the petitioners.

There shall be no order as to costs.
