This revision case is filed by the petitioner under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the order dated 03.11.2016 in Crl.MP.No.2108 of 2016 in DVC.No.13 of 2016 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Macherla.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioner under law. 3.

The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the order impugned to the petitioner.
