HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 39050 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not converting the petitioner's building bearing No.12-7-21/2, situated at Shivanagar, Siricilla, from residential to non-residential, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised, Sri Ram Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the application made by the petitioner seeking conversion of her building from residential to non-residential, may be directed to be dealt with, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

4) The same is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for Municipality.

5) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the application dated 12.10.2018, made by the petitioner seeking conversion in respect of the building premises bearing No.12-7-21/2, situated at Shivanagar, Siricilla, which is in the name of one Ankarapu Narsaiah A/c. Function Hall, in accordance with law, as early as possible,

preferably within a period of two to three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
