HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.38581 and 38622 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petitions, the grievance of the petitioner is that he filed representation on 30.03.2017 before the 4th respondent-Executive Engineer, I.B.Division (Irrigation), and the same is still pending and, therefore a direction may be given to the 4th respondent to dispose of the same.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation, dated 30.03.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, and take action in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
