THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.35512 of 2017 ORDER:

In this writ petition the grievance of the writ petitioners is with regard to renewal of license of B shop of the 6th respondent and one of their contentions is that there is a proposal to renew the said license contrary to the rules and the Excise laws.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that if the objections of the petitioners are directed to be considered before the request of the 6th respondent is taken up for consideration, the grievance of the petitioners would be redressed.

Learned GP representing the respondents 1 to 5 endorses the said submission.

Recording the afore-said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the objections of the petitioners, in detail, before taking up for consideration the request of the 6th respondent for renewal of the license of B shop, however, in accordance with the procedure established by law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ M.Seetharama Murti, J 06.11.2017 Vjl
