This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in CC No.3215 of 2022 on the file of the Xlll Additional Chief Metropolitan l\4agistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 506 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act (for short'DP Act').

2. Heard Mr. Ramesh Kadari, learned counsel for the petitioners I and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 -State.

3. Though this petition is filed to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in CC, during the course of arguments, learned counsel

for the petitioners restricted his arguments to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial court

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted to pass appropriate orders in the petition.

5. Perused the record.

6. A perusal of the record discloses that the petitioners are facing the offences under Sections 498-4, 506 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act (for short 'DP Act'). Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it appropriate to dispense with the attendance of the petitioners before the trial court.

7. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of dispensing with the attendance of the petitioners before the trial court provided they are represented by a counsel before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall appear before the trial court whenever their presence required during the course of trial Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed Sd/.
