This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not short listing the petitioner under sports category for admission into IIIT course in 3rd respondent institution as illegal.

2. This Court by order dated 27.07.2015 allowed the petitioner for counselling and admission, under sports quota in the 3rd respondent College.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the said interim direction, the petitioner was admitted in the 3rd respondent College and no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
