Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of petitioner's representations dt.10-08-2015 and 02.12.2013 and forthwith, otherwise, petitioner will suffer irreparable loss and hardship."

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.08.2015 made by the petitioner to the District Collector, Krishna District (R.1) for issuance of patta in respect of Government lands under Ex-servicemen quota and to permit him to convert the land to fish pond. 4.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Collector, Krishna District (R.1) to consider the representation dated 10.08.2015 made by the petitioner for issuance of patta in respect of Government land admeasuring Ac.2.53 cents in R.S.Nos.59, 60 situated at Chavalipadu village, Mandavalli Mandal, Krishna District, under Ex-servicemen quota and to permit him to convert the land to fish pond, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
