Counsel for the 4th respondent : -- THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by the non-consideration of the petitioner for promotion as Head Constable (Civil) on the ground of pending of disciplinary proceedings against him, the petitioner filed O.A.No. 2025 of 2016 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal). The said O.A. having been dismissed by the Tribunal, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved by the said dismissal.

2. After hearing learned counsel for both parties, we feel that interests of justice would be met if disciplinary proceedings are completed and appropriate order passed as expeditiously as possible and not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

4. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 24866 of 2016 shall stand closed as infructuous.
