The innocuous but legitimate grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition pertains to non-disposal of E.O.P. No.2 of 2013 filed by the petitioner against respondent No.5 on the file of the Election Tribunal to Try the Elections of Gram Panchayat-cumJunior Civil Judge, Atmakur. Considering the fact that the Election Petition is pending for more than two years, any further delay in disposal of the same may frustrate the very purpose for which

the remedy of election dispute is envisaged. Therefore, the Election Tribunal-cumJunior Civil Judge, Atmakur, is directed to dispose of E.O.P.
