It is the case of the petitioner that the authorization of his fair-price shop dealership was suspended on 14-03-2016 and he filed appeal along with stay petition on 30-08-2016. The same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Both counsel state that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of writ petitions directing to dispose of the stay petitions within two weeks and the appeals within three months.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within three (3) months and stay petition within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
