Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise (Telangana) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of grievance of the petitioners herein, the petitioners submitted a representation to the official respondents herein on 13.09.2017 but no action has been taken by them on the said representation. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct respondent No.3 herein to take appropriate action on the said representation strictly in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 that if any such representation is pending with respondent No.3, the same will be verified and further action will be taken strictly in accordance with law after giving notice to all the stakeholders. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent No.3 to verify the representation, dated 13.09.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law after giving notice to all the stakeholders as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
