THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.5870 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional the action of the respondents in not regularising the services of petitioner in terms of Judgment reported in 1997 (6) ALD 331 and issue a consequential direction to the Respondents to forthwith extend the benefits to the petitioner in terms of Judgment reported in 1997 (6) ALD 331 and also seniority, increments, arrears of salary etc and pass such other or further order or orders as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Case of the petitioner is that in similar circumstances, one N.Babu Rao filed W.P.No.8619 of 1999 before this Court and the same was disposed of on 09.04.2001 in terms of the judgment reported in K.C.High School, Korthareddypalem, Guntur & Others v.

Government of Andhra Pradesh, Education Department, Secretariat, Saifabad, Hyderabad and others1 and hence, prays to extend the same benefits to him also. 4.

It is evident from the record that the petitioner has not made any representation to that effect. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the authority concerned on or before 30.3.2017 and on such representation being made, the authority 1 1997 (6) ALD 331 (DB)

RE, J W.P.No.5870 of 2002 concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 20.06.2017.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
