This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/A-8 seeking to dispense with his appearance in C.C.No.14 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for C.B.I. Cases at Hyderabad on all the dates of hearing.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 120-B read with 420, 409, 420 and 477-A I.P.C. and Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(c) & (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner/A-8 before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates on which the learned Magistrate insists for his appearance. The petitioner shall be properly represented through his counsel before the trial Court.
