Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

2. The present Criminal Petition came to be filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.3, 4 and 6 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking enlargement on bail in Sessions Case No.786 of 2015 on the file of the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 04.03.2014 during night while the informant along with his family members were sleeping in their house situated at Plot No.25, Sapthagiri Colony, Bongloor Village, during midnight they heard a big sound in front of the main door. They were frightened and found broken the main door and six unknown offenders gained entry into their house with sticks, knives and threatened him and his family members and ransacked the almirah, robbed two gold rings, a pair of gold ear tops weighing about one tula and threatened them with dire consequences to kill them if they disclose the matter to anybody and went away. Basing on these allegations, the present case came to be registered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent of the offences alleged and they are in jail from 14.04.2014.

5. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the same contending that the petitioners are habitual offenders and the offence alleged against them is grave in nature.

6. A perusal of the material on record would show that this Court earlier dismissed the bail application filed by the petitioners. The remand report discloses that the petitioners are habitual offenders and they are involved in number of cases.

7. Having regard to the circumstances stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
