ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that when the petitioner was reverted from the post of Head Master (FAC) to B.Ed Assistant, he filed the present writ petition.

While admitting the writ petition on 19-09-2002, this Court in WPMP No.22697 of 2002 granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings dated 22.8.2002 and consequential proceedings dated 6.9.2002. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner continued as Head Master and retired from service.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. It is needless to say if the petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to pursue his remedies before appropriate forum. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
