Sri Ponnam Ashok Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner circulated letter dated 05.09.2017 in the Registry, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to avail appropriate remedies as available in law. There shall be no order as to costs.
