This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the land in Survey No.96 to an extent of Ac.1.25 cents, 0.80 cents and 0.80 cents, situated at Gundupalem Village, Bandar Mandal, Krishna District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents will follow due procedure before taking any action against the petitioners.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the subject land without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
