The applicants pray for condoning delay of 1730 days in filing the claim before the Official Liquidator. On instructions, Mr.Anil Kumar submits that the delay stated in the application is incorrect. The actual delay is as follows:

(1) Misala Rama Mohan Rao 1 month & 8 days 38 days

(2) Devadi Seetaram 3 months & 10 days 100 days
