Heard Mr.J.Venkateshwar Reddy for revision petitioner. On 18.09.2018, the trial Court eschewed the evidence of DW.1. On 19.09.2018, it appears from the record that the revision petitioner filed an application to set aside the order eschewing the evidence of DW.1.

This Court is of the view that the revision petitioner since has availed the remedy before the trial court to set aside the order dated 18.09.2018, by leaving open all pleas available in this behalf, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The trial Court considers the application filed by revision petitioner on 19.09.2018 and passes orders expeditiously.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands closed. No order as to costs.
