THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.18953 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for respondents submit that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.39888 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015 and also conceded for disposal of the present writ petition in terms of order in W.P.No.39888 of 2015. In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of following the order of this Court dated 09.12.2015 in W.P.No.39888 of 2015 directing the second respondent to consider for release of the seized vehicles. Since the petitioners have already submitted their applications to the said respondent, he is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 08.01.2015 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 19.02.2015 for release of the seized vehicles within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand closed.
