This Writ Petition is filed in not renewing the licence of the petitioner under Rule 6 of the A.P. Excise (Grant of Licence to Sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules, 2007 on the ground of pendency of W.P.No.19392 of 2017. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is no longer appearing in this case as the bundle was taken over by the petitioner. 3.
